ENU Candidate Survey Results

Edmonton Neighbourhoods United (ENU) invited all candidates in the 2025 Edmonton municipal election to complete a detailed, 30-minute survey about their positions on city planning, growth management, and community engagement. The survey formed the foundation of ENU’s 2025 Candidate Scorecard and was designed to evaluate how closely each candidate’s views align with ENU’s guiding principles of balanced, transparent, and community-supported planning.

This report contains the complete survey questions, all candidate responses, and the scoring rubric used to generate the numerical results shown in the ENU Scorecard. Candidates who did not participate received a score of zero for the survey component, but may still have been evaluated on their public platform or voting record (for incumbents).
